The repairs on my car were great. However, when picking it up, not one person except the girl to pay for the deductible was there to give me my vehicle. I woulve liked to speak to someone about what was done to my car. Also, when dropping my car off and getting the rental , I was given instructions to exit the building driving forward and out. I got into my car upon picking it up and while driving straight the garage door started closing.. so I had to back up into the street to leave. Not very convenient and professional.

Taking my Porsche to a Ford or Chevy dealer I had very little faith in the outcome but it was close to work.
All my expectations were blown away. The work looks fantastic. The car was washed, scrubbed clean. Inside and out. The even reinstalled my aftermarket backup camera.
My thanks and appreciation to the workman on the job.

Satisfied with the repair but the person called me at 2:30 pm and forced me to pick the car same day without prior notice that the car will be ready that day. I had request a colleague to help me to pick the car and park at a public road side for a day.

I called several times and the response was very very slow. The car was not finished on the date they said it would be (****/30/18). On ****/31/18 I called several times and left several messages to check on the status. It was almost the close of business on ****/31/18 that I called back and was told that my car had been ready since the morning. No one had called me...

I'm missing my eyeglasses. I lock my compartments before I drop off my car..this is ridiculous.. I even show the girl the box of my eyeglasses.. the box is there but not the eyeglasses pls.. call me about this complain... ****-****-xxxx
