Staff is very friendly and the text message updates are very helpful. I have been here a couple of times and have been very satisfied with the repairs that were done. You can’t even tell that my car was in an accident! Overall, I am very satisfied and will refer to my friends and family.

I just wanna say they were very professional very kind courteous listen to it. I had to say to them immediately understood what I wanted and only what I wanted. Didn’t try to add anything to it because before I got there, I stopped at another collision area and they were ridiculous. I am so glad that Chevrolet introduced me to Avalon if you ever need them again I will go back.
