The repair took **** and half months to completion, over 2 weeks from estimated completion date. My car insurance only allowed **** month of car rental. There was a dent on the back lift door that was not repair.

The collision center used an after-market part which doesn't fit well to my car. I was told that a new part would be ordered and replaced for me. However, they still have not replaced the part for me so far after two weeks. Thank you.

The damage on the left side of my car was professionally repaired but the sensor located in the trunk was damaged during these repairs. I am not satisfied with this part of the service.

My car had its windshield wiper hoses connected backwards. I did the repair myself, not that the repair shop didn't offer to fix it, but it's untimely and a bother. I understand they're very busy but really don't over look every last part you work on.

Was sent away in my car while the back gate was disassembled. Was given back the vehicle while 2 safety features were still non-operational: reverse alarm and blind spot sensor. Repair took 2 months, with repeated delays that were not communicated in advance, despite knowing the part was on back order.
