The staff was incredibly prompt with communication regarding the status of my car. The shop was extremely busy with the cars they had on hand and still fixed my car in a two week span. I will only deal with North Hsven Autobidy going forward. Thank you for making a very unpleasant situation manageable.

Main problem was estimate of 5-7 days for repair. It took close to 3 weeks and destroyed my plans for summer. Initially told that car would be ready on July 31. Even on morning of 7/31 told it would be ready on that day. In afternoon text changed to August 10. It was an elective repair and I would have picked another time if I had been told up front. Repair looks good. Calibration is a little off and warning beeps even in back of car occurs. Although car fine on 8/10, on 8/13 the rear and front cameras went black. Probably loose connection since later that day it was fine.

I recently saw a few flaws in the clear coat , looks like marks that are difficult to see but visible in the direct sunlight. Probably needs to be buffed out. ****-****-xxxx Matt thank you

Thank you for working with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. It made my experience so much better. I was so happy to have a rental waiting. There was very little interruption to my day. When my car was done, and I picked it up, it was sparkling like new. I had to do a double take! Both the interior and exterior were so highly detailed it looked like the day I bought my car, 5 years ago— down to the tire shine! They did an excellent job with the repair and the service was top notch! Thank you!!
