I was Completely unaware of the circumstances of the car when towed over due to the accident. Although a total loss was deemed the staff was amazing to communicate and help me swiftly get what was needed to have insurance take the next steps. Accommodating, friendly and supportive through the process and know if I ever Need repairs or work ill be coming back.

The final cost was over the estimate by about 40% ($800+ dollars), for a relatively simple repair. I don't understand why you couldn't get the cost estimate right the first time you looked at the car.

My car was deemed totaled so I couldn’t get it repaired. So I have lost a car due to some **** who couldn’t stay in his own lane and I can’t do anything about that. It stinks.

Overall, the process was easy, the repair work on my Tesla was superb, and the detail job was excellent and a nice added bonus! Staff was friendly and I felt as though I was kept up to date every step of the way. Hopefully I don’t find myself in need of collision repair work, but if I do, you’ll be first on my list. Thank you!

The staff was incredibly prompt with communication regarding the status of my car. The shop was extremely busy with the cars they had on hand and still fixed my car in a two week span.
