The staff is extremely professional and nice. My car was fixed so quickly and it looks great! I will be referring everyone here!!

Customer service was top notch, but the quality of the repair isn't great. The paint is thin and there's a visible drip mark.

The headlight on the drivers side was working prior to the collision, I also took pictures after a police stopped me for driving the day after the accident with one headlight. However, after bringing my vehicle to Euro Collision, the person from Geico tried to explain regarding the light situation to me, the accident had nothing to do with the light having a shortage. I explained that I had no problem with the vehicle lights until after the accident. I just feel now I have to pay to get something fixed that I had no control over. I am a senior of 71 years next month I feel I have been duped. And I still say my lights were working just fine before the accident. Not only that but Geico I believed, their people would having taken care of the situation for me but I became impatient and didn't want to wait another week to get my SUV fixed. NO! I am not completely satisfied.

The environment in Euro Collision is great great customer service experience Gabriela Perez was awesome she explained everything to me she was very polite professional she was in communication with me in all this process I needed something for my muffler she said it could take up too 14 days but I will try my best to get it sooner and she did a lot sooner .. My vehicle was completed prior to the estimated date of completion. All updates and work done was communicated at all times. The work done looked great. My vehicle was also detailed, which I appreciated.

Representatives were very friendly and professional Created a sense of loyalty. If I ever need a repair service I will certainly return to this location.

Everything was A+ from start to finish.

There were several issues with my experience at Euro Collision. I called to see if I needed an appointment to drop of my car and was told I didn’t and to come in anytime. Then when I arrived I was told I needed to call and make an appointment and couldn’t be seen until the following week. I returned to drop off my car at the scheduled time and waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. Then, after making it clear that I had arranged a rental car reservation with Enterprise, I waited 15 minutes only for a Hertz driver to show up saying she was ready to take me. I then waited another 10 minutes for the Enterprise representative to pick me up. I was told my car would be ready in 7 days and that I would get updates. Even though I clarified my email and phone number numerous times, all updates were sent to my father who doesn’t live nearby. I finally called after 7 days and was told my car wouldn’t be ready for another 3 days. Then on the day of pickup, I was told to come anytime. I called ahead and learned that my car wouldn’t be ready until 5:30pm. Finally, I picked up my car and while the body work looks great, as soon as I pulled out of the driveway the same alert showed up on my dash that I asked to be fixed. Overall my experience here was underwhelming and I likely will not return for future service.
