When I received my vehicle bk from being repair I was very pleased w the results. The appearance was like a brand new vehicle it has never been that clean on the inside since the day I bought it. Only complaint. I had was ,my settings were changed, such as. The clock and more important, the Bluetooth settings was off. Other than that. Excellent job

Customer service was great. Repairs took a little longer than expected but was out of EC’s control (weather & parts). Estimate was also 30% lower than total cost. Increases were thoroughly explained, but would have rather known upfront than hearing a couple times as work was being done that costs were increasing.
Overall, very satisfied with the work, the customer service and the final cost was still very fair.
