Taija was great, but I wound up calling before she gave me an update that my car was ready, so didn't really know what was going on. The timeline was also longer than anticipated by a few days. Again, everyone was lovely and Taija is doing GREAT.

Abosoulety the WORST customer service l've ever had. No contact from anybody for over 2 weeks. I will not recommend you at all. Very unhappy. Bernie needs a follow up course. The only time I heard any status was beside Yuki checked up on my vehicle for me. I came in to pick up my car 3 weeks after it was promised and When came in she made the effort of coming down to the drive to say Hello.

Customer service rep Taija Hiatt and estimater Bernie Buckle were absolutely pleasant to work with. They made me feel very welcome. They were genuine and efficient! They are super PR for Lithia auto body & Paint services! This is my first visit this shop and I will come back for future body work services!

**** spot mentioned was not repaired. Left swirl marks all over door Scratched corner of pickup bed with sander was not touched up Can see where repair area was masked off Have rough paint film on window and mirror surfaces. This was a brand new pickup that I purchased, that immediately following the transaction a dent was noticed. I was told it waould be repaired to new condition. It has not been repaired to new condition. I use this vehicle for work so it is very difficult to give up. The repair was made while I was on vacation, so any further repairs will need a loaner vehicle. I feel that Lithia owes me a new door from the factory. This was a new truck purchase, hind sight I should have not been so cooperative and should have taken a different truck and had the paperwork re-done. Extremely unhappy. The purchase, the repair, not sure what's next is a true let down. This is not how "Beaverton GMC" (formerly Braley Graham) would have treated one of their repeat buyers and very cooperative customer.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my H2 due to a hit and run. I was extremely stressed and concerned that the parts I needed to get my truck back to the condition it was in before it was damaged might be difficult to find but your staff worked hard and found the perfect after market steps and they look awesome very much like what originally on my truck. Thank you to everyone for helping me make my deadline for National Police Week it means more then you will ever know. Tammy Knapp

I got my first estimate on 12-14-2016 . I'm happy the work is finally done it just took so long I had to pay 200 out of pocket to cover the extra time I had a loaner car.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Lithia body and paint. My only concern is that some damage was done to my car when I picked it up. Dee took some pictures and it remains to be seen what will be done from here. The damage was quite minor, but unmistakable.

She was courteous, informative and kept in touch to follow through, which to me is one of the most important aspects of customer service. Thanks for the great service and repair work.

The lack of communication before Dee started contacting me was appalling. I had 3 different pick up dates quoted, and it wasn't ready by any of them. The Cherry on top of this miserable experience was the missing cash from my car. This place is a joke.
