I tried this once and it told me it didn't submit. The repairs were not done correctly the first time. I should have just let it go. Upon my car being returned to me the second time I discovered sandpaper like scratches on my roof of all places. And my center console speaker on top of my dashboard is so fuzzy I can't even listen to anything. Not to mention they didn't even call me when my car was ready the first time, I had to call them about 30 minutes to close to check. Was I punished for making you do the repairs the right way? It feels like it. I feel completely taken advantage of. I'd be surprised if I got a response. I'm so upset about my car it makes me sick.
After i got home today, i looked over the work done at Frank's Collision center over the past two days (August 27-28). Keep in mind this is the third time i've had to take it back since the original work was done in September 2012.
This time they got most of the swirls out of the clear coat, but there were several knicks on the repaired door i asked them to fix and they did not. Also, where underneath where the clear coat delaminated this time, there is what looks like burn marks from too much sanding. I don't have time to keep taking my vehicle all the way to New Braunfels, so i will contact my insurance company (Safeco Insurance, who recommended this body shop) to see who else I can take it to so it is fixed 100% correctly the first time.
This was the worst experience that I have ever had and I let my insurance adjuster know that I would never go back
When they promised me a time my car would be ready they followed thru with that time!! My car was ready before time promised! Service n speed was excellent!! Highly recommend Franks Automotive!!
