Customer service was awsome the front desk girl was great very kind and fast with getting us out. The car was finished 4 days before expected which was awsome. Great people will keep bringing my stuff to franks!!

I was told my struts were needing replaced. I hit a deer and it never made that noise till then. Mary had employees drive my car and I was told that the ins. would replace passenger side. I had to pay for drivers side. Cost me $337.00 and it is still doing the same sound and they claim they cant hear it. Supposed to take it back and get them in my car to let them hear the sound. So not I have paid for something that wasn't the problem. Not a happy camper!

Right front door body side molding is crooked not in line with rear molding. Bumper cover and fender seam misaligned.

There was a small scratch on the driver's side back door (crewcab pickup) that was not there before it went in. Other than that, I'm 100% happy with my experience.

Great customer care. Friendly and punctual. After we picked up the car we noticed a small crack in the side mirror that was replaced. New glass ordered and ready to install in a few days. Would def recommend.
