On Monday 15 July 19, I took my vehicle (2015 Silverado) to Service King in Herndon VA for repair. During the week I have received daily updates as the the progress of my vehicle. Today, Thursday 18 July, I received notification that my vehicle was completed and available for pick up as scheduled.
Upon arrival, I was greeted and taken to my vehicle to inspect the repairs and was told that additional work needed to be completed due to the antenna being broken during removal. Part of the additional work to replace the antenna, I was informed that my dash had to be removed for the installation of the wire. The repairs to the body were satisfactory however upon entering the vehicle, i noticed that the steering wheel was installed incorrectly along with the Stabilitrack warning and the Steering Assist was not working properly.
I did leave the vehicle at the service location for correction but, to be honest, I am apprehensive that the repairs will still be made incorrectly. Any one that would return a vehicle to the owner with the steering wheel installed 180 (Upside down) makes one wonder of their technical abilities. I am also concerned that if components were not thoroughly grounded or the power disconnected damage may have been done to the electrical system or computers.
Spectacular communications, kept me appraised on a daily (even hourly) basis. Thank you!

I got frequent status updates and since I don't have rental insurance, Service King worked hard so that I got my car back early - one week earlier than scheduled.

Look at the car with me. Pretty lame. Job was done so fast that I’m not sure you even used replacement parts. For all I know, you plunged out the dent and slapped some paint on it.

Service King was extremely professional and helpful with dealing with our vehicle during this high stress situation. They finished four days prior to the original estimate and the car looked great inside and out!! I will definitely use Service King again if my car is in need of repair.

They did a very poor job on the repair. Much of the damage was not repaired and they never explain to us the details before the repair. Now we are very unsatisfied. When talking to my wife they were very unprofessional and have no goal for customer satisfaction.
