Why did it take over 2 weeks to replace a rear hatch? Having said that Brandi, the Service agent, is very personable.

The piece in the trunk area that lifts up comes completely out, it was not re-attached. Underneath that piece there’s bare metal that is supposed to be covered by felt. I’m waiting to hear back from the service rep in Herndon Virginia so this can be taken care of.

The service was good overall and the parts put on my car seem to be of good quality or original manufacturer. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have an ignition interlock device on my car that I informed the staff about. Proper care was not taken with this device and I received a status of violation on my interlock. The staff made the proper phone calls to inform the interlock company of what happened so that I do not get in trouble for this but I now have to bring my car back to the interlock shop to get the device calibrated and violation romoved which will cost me $50. If I were reimbersed for this mistake I would happily give a five star review.
