I was not happy that my car wasn't ready initially because of a scratch, and issue with bumper. Then someone from your office told the insurance company wrong information about when my car was picked up. Based off of the wrong information the insurance company has decided to not pay for the last two days of rental service. Also when I got my car I noticed some dirty spots on inside of door frame and at the bottom from driver side from I guess dust or dirt from the shop. Although service King will take care of the insurance issue I still am frustrated with the process.

Service King does not appear to follow industry standards or practices for the replacement of tires for all-wheel drive vehicles as specified in my vehicle owner’s manual for the safe and non-damaging (and possible vehicle warranty compromising) operation of my 2014 Subaru Impreza. Subaru, their dealers and tire shops are consistent in their requirements for conformity across all four tires for the all-wheel drive Subaru. While the insurance company was unwilling to replace all four tires in my conversation with its representative, Service King should nonetheless consider the damage to their reputation, particularly for victims of accidents, having to pay the costs of bringing their vehicles into compliance for safe and specified operation, after work in Service King’s Shop.
