This box isn't big enough for the level of disappointed I am with every level of this Service King. At this point, I doubt I get my truck back at all. Their first move when they screwed up should have been to rent me a vehicle. No one even apologized for screwing up. Or that they were alotted 6 days for this and we are now on day 22. No one said hey Im sorry that you've been on foot in a commuter town for two extra weeks. Still waiting on a part. Thats 30 miles away I could have walked to irving and walked back with it several times over. Someone needs to rectify the situation and do it quick fast and in a hurry
