The repairs look great. I was expecting the truck back in a week to ten days or so. It took almost a month. I don’t know if it was parts availability, insurance or someone dropping the ****. The shop replace the wrong headlight, and now I will be with out my car again paying for rides so they can fix the problem they caused I hope to keep the headlight they did put because it didn't match the old one I'm so upset over them having my car for so long for it not to be right.

Poor communication on status, vehicle was a week late, right front passenger door lock damaged and needs to be repaired, and additional work is required to get bumper cover aligned correctly

I was told by your service person what they was going to do to my car step by step they kept in touch with me let me know what they were doing each time they change something and how long it would take I know I knew what was being done to my car was going to be fixed and it was ready when it was supposed to say they did a good job of keeping me informed.
