initial estimate done front steering and other front end damage. car drivable my wife drove that car for a month before she her appointment a couple hours after turned in for appointment I was informed that the car was a total loss due to this front end damage. It seems negligent to miss that kind of damage and release the car to be driven. luckily no one was hurt. I am not pleased Dr.James W

I had to wait an extra week to get my car back and pay for the rental car unnecessarily. The car was at your center for almost 3 months and instead of ordering the room and tire in the beginning they waited until everything was put back together abs realized the ruin and tire were but readily available which made me have to keep the rental car for an additional week

We previously took our Subaru into Lacey Collision and had a wonderful experience. We thus took it back for a second time, and the experience was not so great. We recognize you are busy, but I hope you also realize most of your clients likely cannot function long without our vehicles - or, engage in long-term car rental. So, it would be greatly appreciated if timely (say, weekly at a minimum) updates on repair progress are provided. Even if in the form of an email. Instead, my husband and I had to find time in our day to call for updates - and even then, having to be told to call back another time since the responder doesn’t know exactly what the progress is - which is reasonable - I wouldn’t expect a receptionist to know these detail as - but I hope you can also understand how frustrating this would be for your clients. We don’t mind the wait. What we minded was the complete lack of active communication - with no end in sight while we were bleeding funds on rentals.
