Very efficient, work done well and happy with my estimate being less than one other. Plus as soon as I told the estimator let’s do it, he called the supplier and secured the only GMC running board for my Denali they had in stock.

Overall, it was a solid experience. However, I had 2 claims on my car and someone at the front desk divulged that to an insurance rep without my permission, which created an issue for me as tgat rep immediately contacted me concerning the other claim, which they should not have known about. I specifically asked that that information not be shared to Nick. Nick dod a great job handling my claims. I'm hoping there will be no issues with the insurance claim I have due to the information being shared.

TOOK TOO LONG AND THEN THERE WAS MORE DAMAGE THAT I BELIEVE WAS MISSED WHEN DOING THE ORIGINAL WORK RESULTING TO US HAVING TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED IN AGAIN AND MORE CHARGED TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND WERE TOLD THAT WE DAMAGED THE CAR.
