Regularly.When she came home for a visit, I checked the car and was very happy and pleased with the way everything was done. I hope we don't need them again, but in the event we do,I would call them in a heatreat.Very professional and cour to us.After checking the work,I was even more pleased.

The girl who works at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. My estimate was completed quickly and repairs were completed sooner than I expected. My only complaint is that I've noticed some grease stains on the car interior but I think those will come out. Overall a great shop that I would recommend.

From top to bottom my car repair experience Bavarian Body Works was a wonderful experience. To begin with, the young lady that checked me in went above and beyond to get me checked in and even contacted te insurance company to change the car rental company from Budget to Enterprise when I commented I was disappointed te insurance company had assigned me to a lesser car rental company. Next, I received a call almost every day or at least every other day with an update on the status of my car repairs. I appreciated this service and it was nice to not have to wonder the status of the repair. Finally, when I came. Pick up my car I was quite satisfied with how my car looked. Good as new!!! As I said before, from beginning to end I was quite impressed with the entire Bavarian Team - Edwin S

everything was wonderful. they took care of the rental car, did an estimate and ordered parts and replaced them all within two weeks. My car had never looked cleaner when i got it back, thank you Bavarian Body Works!
