THE most awesome repair and customer experience EVER. Robert Toole is a rockstar and answered all my stupid questions without any judgement. The 2 girls at the front desk could not be more helpful and respectful and knowledgeable. I have never gotten 2-3 emails a day telling me where my car was, what stage of repair it was in, and what was being done to it at that moment— truly one of a kind service experience I will always remember and telll all my friends. And truly amazing handiwork by whoever did the bodywork- they are a true artist.

My car is still not repaired. I was told it was repaired and passed as quality inspection test and when I turned it on to leave it immediately had a service required notification and other lights on indicating problem. It is still be worked on. I dropped it off in mid April and I’ve been told it will be ready by the end of the week three separate times over the last month without that ever being the case. And today when it was finally “ready” it still was not repaired.

You made everything very easy, from the estimate, to dropping off the car, to picking it up. I really liked your system that emailed me updates throughout the process.
The only area of improvement is that the original estimate was 3 days but it ended up being about double that long. And I never received an updated ETA once the first estimate was passed.

Came to pick up my car only to find that the automated emails were wrong. I waited over 2 hours for my car to be ready. Toddler in tow and had already returned the rental, AND paid for the repairs to the car. Did a great job fixing and detailing. Had taken my car here before and had a great experience.

The only recommendation I have is to update client in the middle of the process when it is going to be delayed. I was told my car would be Tuesday. it was not ready until Friday. It would have been nice to be told that the 2nd and 3rd hoods were returned as well as the first, delaying the repair
