Sue Flener is a joy to work with: competent, efficient, and friendly, with excellent communication skills that kept us updated every step of the way. Recovering from a fender bender isn't anyone's idea of a good time, but somehow Sue turned this negative experience into a positive one. Kudos to the whole team, for getting our car done early and with good attention to detail. We will not hesitate to recommend Key Collision to others.
Two other thoughts: ****) For some reason USAA did not have Key Collision of Portsmouth in its database online, when we filed our claim with them. Yet when we called, USAA confirmed you were in their network. You might want to look into that. 2) We noticed you still have a sign at your old location; you might want to remove that.
