Everything is fine except when I came to get my car, The inside of my door part was missing. I told the guy. He told me that come back on Thursday.

The door that you replaced, had a stereo speaker which is NOW broken. Needs to be replaced...
Although happy about my experience with Berkeley Wrights Auto Repair's customer service, the quality of the repair work and my interactions with the staff I was not happy with how long it took (approx 6 weeks). I realize some of that had to do with the Marin Mazda Dealership having to install side curtain airbag and then needing to order additional parts further delaying completion. But I think better co-ordination and advance planning with Marin Mazda at the beginning when I first took my car to Wright's could have prevented the additional two week delay.
I returned the car to Berkeley Wright Auto Shop. So they are still fixing the errors.
I never received a call until the car was repaired and ready for pick up then I began receiving texts from this number. Poor communication
There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication at the beginning, causing a lengthy delay in getting started. The pick up date was also delayed several times.
The repair itself was great. I was frustrated that I wasn't kept up to date on the timing. I called multiple times to check on the status, and each time I was told the car would be done later that day or the following day, and that I'd receive a call when it was ready. However, the first 3 times this happened, I never got a call in the previously quoted time window - so wait an extra day, call again, and the same thing would happen. If I had known it would take this long from the beginning that would have been fine - it was just frustrating to have the timeline constantly pushed back and not to be proactively notified about it.
Interior was filled with dust from buffing exterior. I will return to get it cleaned up.
Beautiful detailed work and they even cleaned my car inside and out.
They're fair and stayed in touch so I knew when the car was going to be ready.
I hope to give them another job soon. ( but not from someone turning into me!)
Our car was repaired beautifully, we appreciated the communication regarding how it was going. When we picked up the car, it was clean and we felt like we had a new car again. It was all easy. Plus we just returned the rental car at Wright's and drove home. Easy and we will be back but hopefully not soon.

Got my car back with door handle chipped, start button chipped,tons of dust and dirt in the car, all my stuff pulled out from my trunk. Why was my spare tire dirty? Also apparently wrong glass was supplied for my mirror, not your fault but it was very obvious just by looking at it
