I called in the morning to see if my vehicle would be ready and was told that it would be ready at 5:30 p.m. As I was not informed otherwise, I dropped off my rental car and arrived at Wrights at 5:30. I arrived and was told that a manager was needed to sign off on the work. He called a manager - and I waited and at 5:45 the manager still had not arrived. Lethe vehicle was brought out and I pointed out that the right rear reflector was missing. I was told that the wrong part had been delivered, and I'd receive a call the next day - but didn't. Furthermore - my car was not washed, windshield still had writing on it- and my car had not been vacuumed.

Repair took 5 days instead of the initially quoted 3.5 days.
Rental car was not ready when I came for my appointment; getting one took 30-40 minutes extra.
One part was not reinstalled correctly and I need to go back.
Other than that, the paint job itself looks nice, and I was glad they handled the payment directly with Farmers.
