I don't believe there will be enough space on this survey to give proper credit to the Fix Auto Team. Your Team welcomed me in and explained the entire process of working with the other driver's insurance company to get my car repaired and to get me a rental car while it was in your shop. The ladies I worked with were subject matter experts in their field and ensured I was kept informed, from start to finish. Your Team went above and beyond to assist with getting a windshield rock chip fixed (that did not occur during the traffic collision); that shows the dedication your Team have for a job well done.

My experience with Fix Auto Lacey was an amazing and excellent experience, they explained the small extra charge to me in a very satisfying way. I asked for a vacuum job to the interior and a wash for the exterior to my surprise it looked like a detail job and was informed to me that this kind of service was standard, Wow.
I will refer them to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicles to Fix.
