I appreciate the extra care the Lacey Fix Auto team took while fixing our vehicle. We picked it up and it was washed, all the scratches were buffed out, our vehicle looked significantly better than before it was hit! They even vaccumed my floors, which I applaud- I'm don't keep the cleanest of vehicles. I'm not sure if this is an added amenity of all auto care facilities, but I appreciated the TLC and how quick they were able to return it back to us. Thanks again for your hard work! Great job on repairing outside except we forgot to replace the broken headlight. They forgot to put a blue tooth microphone in so they sent me to Cartoys to get a new one. Unfortunately, they couldn't get all the cigarette smell or stains out of the interior so I think I'll have to take the car to a detail shop.

I had my first experience with Fix Auto via an insurance claim. I was very impressed from start to finish. The only thing that ALL COMMUNICATION was addressed to my husband when a) it was my car, b) I brought it in, c) update emails were sent to me--but addressed to him, and d) I picked the car up. It felt sort of 1950's style sexism. There has to be a way to not make everything addressed to him. It's kind of old-school and a turn off.
