I was really grateful for the way Fix Auto facilitated my transportation to and from their business since my car is my only mode of transportation. When I was dropping it off, the office manager offered to take me home. When it was done being fixed, she again offered to come get me without me even asking. Lacey Fix Auto is the only body shop that I will go to. Started going there a few years ago because of one of your Technicians (Tim Harp) is a long time friend of mine. The staff there is amazing in all aspects and the service is second to none. This is my third body repair since it became Fix and a few times when it was Lacey Auto Body. I work for an Organization that owns a lot of vehicles and has some not so good drivers so yes I've been extremely satisfied with this shop.
