I think everything was fine except communication. When I was there both times, people could not have been nicer or more professional. but no communication during repair unless I initiated it and car was there for ten days.

In addition to my insurance claim, I requested the rear bumper be repainted due to some scratches from a previous owner. The bumper look decent, but there are obvious imperfections in the brand new paint, including some debris in the paint and several scuff marks. Additionally, there is a silver paint spot on the leather of my driver’s side door. Not at all the quality I was expecting from an Audi certified repair center and will definitely NOT recommend to others.

Communication was good throughout the process. Carrie was great to work with. If I have a need in the future, I will contact this company again. The only thing wrong (which I noticed after leaving the shop) is there is over spray of paint on my windshield.

I recently chose Peacock Collision to repair our Lexus. My experience with Peacock was "Top Shelf", The facility was very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. Peacock kept me informed on a daily basis on the work progress. The car was completed on time, within quote and the work was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation
