The work and the communication was very good. One point would be when I picked the car up Saturday morning, the entire car was coated with pollen so it must have been parked outdoors. I had just paid for detailing, I would expect it to be kept clean as i was picking up Sat AM. Other than that, the work was excellent.

My car is in worse shape now than when I brought it into Nram. Extremely disappointed. And after three weeks i still do not have my car!!!
