The repair itself is immaculate, but the length of time the repair took was unacceptable. My Service Advisor was apparently out for about a week in the middle of my repair, and my car seemed to get lost on the process. The assembly team apparently needed different clips for my door trim, and they didn’t even get ordered until I started calling to try to find out why the repair was so delayed. In all, it took 2 weeks to fix a door ding, with terrible communication about what was happening. The people were nice when I called, but they were ineffective in getting answers about what was going on.
