The communication from SK was so amazing. I never was guessing or wondering what was going on with my car. Ashley **** went above and beyond letting me know exactly what was happening to my car just as if it was my little child. Thanks to her I never had to call and make inquiries about my car. I was able to live worry free while my car was at SK. I Have recommended SK to 2 people and will continue to recommend Ashley to anyone I have an opportunity to do so.

The work was fine and my service representative, Luz, was great. The problem was it took almost a month (25 days) to complete the work. This was much longer than initially estimated and created personal inconvenience for me and my family.

When I dropped it off, I stated that a brake was squeeking. When I picked it up, I was told that it was inspected by the mechanic and the front person. As soon as I drove it off the lot, the brakes were squeeking and it is obviously loud. How am I supposed to feel confident in the mechanical work performed?

I’m sure you are closed now, but my window won’t roll up and I work all week long and have no idea how or when I’m supposed to get it fixed. This is after an estimate I got done for $1369 and it jumped up to $3500 and they can’t even check to see if the window will roll up in the door that got fixed.

Everything thing was great as far as keeping me informed about where they were on the repair work. They got the truck back to us by Friday. I have to go back on Monday for a correction on the bumper plus the back up camera did not get reconnected properly, so it is not functioning like it is supposed to. Everything Regarding the paint and repairs look great. We are not unhappy just have go back to follow up on these 2 things.

my Car was moved from **** to Edmond. I should have been told by the **** shop that they didn’t have time to fix it. They asked me after I already had a rental car if they could move it to Edmond. I agreed, feeling I really had no choice. The Edmond shop told me the car was ready on Wednesday, I arranged to come and pick it up, which was an hour drive to get there. When I got there the car was not fixed where the damage was underneath the bumper. The manager told me that damage was from hitting a parking block. He had no idea what he was talking about. That was part of the bumper damage from the boat seat that hit the car from the accident that we were wanting fixed. The manager made many incorrect statements and admitted that I should have been contacted about the damage, but blamed it on not being the original repair shop. He agreed to get the bumper fixed and try to get it done the next day. It was repaired the next day. I had to drive another hour to come and pick it up. I spent 4 hours total driving to the Edmond shop over the 2 days. That is why I dropped it at the **** shop in the first place. Hopefully, the repair job will stay looking good and I won’t have to mess with this anymore. There are many things that should have been done differently, starting with the **** shop not telling me that they had time to repair my car in a timely manner. It just got worse from there.

Le Tran was very responsive to my concerns with the work being done on my 2016 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS and I can say that I was a little more than demanding about the status. He provided me with details of the status and even pictures when I requested them. I am greatly thankful and satisfied with my service.

The day after I received my car back, a part on the drivers side came a part. I also noticed that the speaker was disconnected and not working. I took it back and it appears that a bracket got broken and has to be ordered. Not sure how long it will take. Why wasn’t this discover prior to my getting my car back?
