My car was delivered on time. The repair was done well and my car was cleaner when I got it than whenwhen l dropped it off.

I had to keep asking for updates. The agents did not keep me posted on the status of my car or claim

We appreciated how quickly our Traverse was returned to us.

Bob Bessett was great and communicated with me regularly. However, unfortunately this was my second time coming to you and the first time was much smoother. It was described to be me that Mercury was an approved vendor the first time. But this second time, Mercury was not an approved vendor and therefore we had to wait for adjuster to come out and provide a report/info. (First time, there was no waiting for this report). This wait time created delays in ordering parts, etc. (Mercury also had issues/challenges so the delays were not only due to this). If the circumstances were described to be accurately, I thought you should know the end result to the customer and hoping you might be able to fix it for future. This will sway my opinion on who the body shop I will use in the future.

Thanks Bob for your help, even though it was delayed but repair looks great and we don't have any issue so far.

The only issue, as I stated after picking up the car was that some one tracked some sort of adhesive on to the drivers side carpet, but I used a cleaner to clean it up. Everything is good now. The paper they put down was pushed away from protecting the carpet.

I was very satisfied with your service,of repairing my car. I was very disappointed in the car rental service. They gave me a car that left me stranded,almost causing me to lose my job.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life. Part of this was related to Selman, and part the insurance company. My car was released to me after taking 6 weeks get fixed. I told Selman I needed to know specifically what I would pay out of pocket and was told nothing. Upon getting my car home, we saw the front had a minor dent and decent sized scratch, which wasn't pointed out to us and had occurred at Selman. I had to then drive 30 minutes to bring the car back to get looked at, but they couldn't repair it then, so had to bring it back again. Upon dropping it off to fix their screw up, I was told there was an insurance issue and they wouldn't release the car to me (they had already released it from the insurance related repairs). They were extremely rude in working through this situation, the manager yelled and even hung up on me. It was nearly impossible to get anyone to call me back. Finally I worked with insurance to get them paid, and FINALLY was ablet to get my car, even that took MULTIPLE phone calls, and absolutely no follow up from them. I would NEVER bring my car anywhere near here again. The customer service when something goes wrong was deplorable.
