The liberty mutual person should know you have to make an appointment. You can't just take your car same day. Luckily the lady at abra explained the process. I was upset I had to go 5 days without an appointment but it was a holiday weekend and my birthday that made it worse. I was hurt no car etc.
Everything was fast, efficient and things were explained to me easily when i had questions! An absolutely wonderful time just being there. Wonderful people, wonderful environment, and an even better job well done

Everyone was very willing to help answer any questions I had. I was kept well informed of the progress of the repair. It was a pleasure to have my CR-V repaired at their shop.
The staff there were great (Ashley & David) Ashley is always kind, considerate & thorough. One the day we dropped off the car, I arrived 45 minutes early to help speed up the process because the owner of the vehicle had a funeral to attend. I asked if Abra could gather the facts so that he could just come in and sign. Abe’s was already aware He was comfortable with me making the decisions but they called to have him come in. Abra never asked for ID to verify anything. The GM was rude and inconsiderate.. instructed worker to not even look at the Jeep until the owner arrived... (while they could have gotten the facts of the repair) the most Abra would have to do is go back outside. It was disappointing because it was such a small concession.
While there the GM, was impolite & condescending to her own employee (neither Ashley nor David), I will assume that is her normal demeanor. The employee had an issue with computer software. It appeared she did not appreciate having to help him.
Overall, Abra seems good. Some policy changes or customer service training would help.
Highly appreciate and very satisfied for the work the made for my car thank very much keep up the good work.
Imperfections in body work
Ashley was very nice and pleasant to work with. She had knowledge about the entire process and was able to answer all the questions I had. There were other people in the office, but none of them spoke to waiting customers, except Ashley. She spoke to everyone that entered the door. That's part is included in great customer service, acknowledging the waiting customers.
David was very nice and thorough with his pre inspection and completion if work inspection.
I definitely recommend this place for fast turnaround, up-to-date, and accurate information.
A suggestion - whomever is working in the front office and you see customers waiting, say hello, or even see what people may need. I came on a busy day and Ashley being the only one handling all those customers and greeting everyone can be exhausting.
