Some of the people I was required to interact with were rude and not very nice; when my car was returned it was filthy- when I asked why I was told that “it was clean Saturday” ( today is Monday)
My A/C was left running when the ignition was turned off (Big NoNo for my car);
- no customer service was given by these individuals - instead they were disrespectful;
My car was returned past “Empty” even though i offered cash at the time my car was picked up to make sure there was gas in my car upon return;
One of the men that delivered my car to me began to yell and spit on the ground in front of me when I balked about the way my car and me were disrespected/
treated.
