I had to call ABRA today to find out if my car was ready and come to find out that it did not pass the Quality Inspection with Josh and is being returned to the Lilburn location for additional work. It would have been nice to have been called and told this instead of me having to make the phone calls. At this point, I do not know what's going on and would really appreciate someone calling and letting me know what is wrong and why the car had to go back to the shop. I appreciate the top quality my car is being given, but I'm scared that there is something wrong with my car now.
