The communication was amazing, even when there wasn't much to communicate.
My car came back looking like new. They even fixed the spark plug that made my sunroof work! They went above and beyond!

I received many updates in the beginning, but in the last two weeks feedbacks were few. At that time the car was near completion, but I did not receive the updates. An example, I was told it would probably be ready Tuesday, it was not updated until Wednesday that it was not. I had to stop in on Thursday and ask.
There was a complete lack of communcations, lack of providing estimate time for completion and to completely insult me, after I had escalated my concerns, Edwin when I was checking out. Made me wait 10 minutes while he did something at his desk. He did not acknowledge me, talk through any issues or what was done. Completely bad service experience. I shall be advising USAA to check your service levels and customers experiences.
Tom was great about communicating with me and keeping me well-informed about the progress on my car. They made sure everything with functional before releasing it. They took care of the car rental place that was calling me regarding extended rental time. The car was beautifully cleaned up when I received it. They were all very professional.
Edwyne was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience painless. His updates and positive attitude kept me at ease and he really sold the experience. The work itself is professional and timely. I couldn't have asked for more.
Rental car arrangements were confusing and never happened - made my own arrangements and paid it out of my own pocket because Abta wanted to bill the rental car to the insured even though the delay that prompted the need for a rental was related to damage that was unrelated to the accident. My car was hit while at Abra on the front but the damage from the accident was on the rear. The additional damage was repaired at no charge to me but the billing makes it unclear what was billed to insurance because I only have one statement for everything. I want to be sure the insured is not paying for damage they are not responsible for.
The paint looks good but the gap between the rear panels and the top of the bumper seems too large (I can put the car key into the gap) and it is the same on both sides. I was told the gap was like that before but I'm sure it wasn't and if by chance it was it was due to the accident.
Overall a very frustrating experience.
The method that ABRA uses for communication is very effective. I appreciated both Tom’s phone calls and the texts that kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. I hope I don’t have to, but if I need to go to another body shop, ABRA is on the top of my list

Overall the repair to the vehicle looks good though it took a little longer than anticipated, but they made it right in the end.

Customer service was second to none. Shelby was remarkable. Appreciated the texts and calls on the progress.
The car looks like new. All the other body shops couldn’t fix our car until 3 months Or more. They got us in right away

Key Fob doesn’t work now. Batteries have
been replaced and now I will need to take
to Jeep dealer.
