****-I called for a vehicle inspection for my vehicle due to auto accident. The gentleman who answered, scheduled me just fine. Yet when I arrived for my appointment, the expectation was to have dropped off my vehicle. This was never addressed thru the telephone. I did not have a rental. I had to arrange to borrow a car. I had to re-schedule my appointment for two days later... if only the man on the phone would of let me know ahead of time for a drop off so I could properly make arrangements...
2- I arrived for my appointment and Whitney said they did not have an appointment for me or my file. I am not sure how this could have happen since I received the confirmation thru telephone and text message for my appointment. I was happy to be seen but I feel like the organization and preparation could use some work...
3-After 8 days of my vehicle being dropped off, I came to pick up my vehicle. I was told my car was clean but when I saw it, there were smudge marks all over the bumper. Mike, the adjuster had to remove. My car still had trash from the technician, which the adjuster happily took off my hands. My question is, why are the technicians not double checking interior and exterior before handing off to the customer?
4-I drove home, happily thinking how great it was to have my vehicle back. Within seconds, I come to find my car still had poor alignment. This I find to be the most upsetting since I addressed this to my insurance adjuster and the Abra adjuster NUMEROUS times. I made specific comments to alignment when I dropped off the vehicle, when I called to check on my vehicle numerous times and even the day of my pick up. Very disappointing. I drove back to Abra to address the issue once more. And now my car is in there hands again...
5-I will have to drive back to Abra today to check on my vehicle and it's condition. I just want my car back in perfect condition. I want the alignment to corrected. It is clearly pulling my vehicle and this is NOT safe. I am upset I was given my vehicle in this way as I have addressed numerously.
I chose ABRA because my Toyota dealership highly recommended me. A brand that I hear is the best. I can honestly say this was not a great experience. And I am NOT happy with your service. With this poor experience, I will not recommend your brand to anyone.
Although the area requiring repair was completed appropriately, my vehicle sustained additional damage while at the facility. When I brought this to the attention of staff there I was told I needed to wait until next week for them to decide if this could be fixed.
My repairs were completed per scope of work performance and transparency about the process was far and above. Great personal representing this company. Mike my contact with Abra was great working with me. Thumbs Up great job. I will recommenced this company to all my friends or anyone looking for a great reliable body shop. Thank you Mike
