The only thing, I would recommend (fairly minor) is that if you know in advance, which you should, that you will need to disconnect from the battery it would be nice to inform the customer prior so that they can bring with them their codes for the stereo. I had to drive home in complete silence- again fairly minor. Otherwise everything was great! Thank You!!

My car was not repaired to my satisfaction, as the paint on the car and the new part installed did not match, the bumper was not installed properly, and there was a large scratch across the hood of my car that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. I will say that Matt and the receptionist have been very friendly and easy to work with and very accommodating to make this right. I would be more than happy to retake this survey once the work is completed for the second time. I may not have been satisfied upon my initial inspection of my car, but that’s not to say that my overall satisfaction can’t change once the final work is completed.
