The car was returned to me filthy, filled with white powder susbstance. The right side mirror was removed to do the work but wasn't tightened. I had to take time off to go back so it can be repaired. I would not recommend this place and I will notify my insurance.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have taken my car to Lindsay Collision in Springfield, VA several times before and was totally satisfied. I dropped my car off in 4/24 and net with my Geico rep who did a routine inspection. I specifically asked him to inquire about my exhaust pipes with the technician. That was my main concern. I then worked with Enterprise to secure a rental and was misinformed about the insurance coverage fee and my authorizing them to deduct money from my bank account every few days to cover pending fees that I may incur. I called to speak to an Enterprise manager and was basically told to 'deal with it's. To make matters worse when I returned on 5/5 to get my car it looked horrible. The number bumper was not flush with the rest of the car and one of the mud flaps was loose. The Geico rep also said that he declined to inquire about my exhaust. Even worse it was confirm by the service tech that the Geico rep chose to use after market pieces (bumper) for my car. He did not inform me of this when he called me to "discuss" the plan for fixing my car! I had yo take off work to pick my car up and ended up leaving it to be re-done! It has been 20 days and I still don't have a professionally fixed car and I have already paid my 500 deductible and over 300 worth of car insurance on my rental. This is unacceptable and must be rectified/reimbursed to my satisfaction immediately before I am forced to take further action. I expect for someone (management) to reach out to me today ASAP. I can no longer literally afford to be inconvenienced by Geico/Enterprise. While the technician/body shop staff (Jackie) have been helpful, enough is enough.
My wife and I found dealing with your company was a very positive experience. We felt we extremely valued as customers and we were kept updated regarding expectation for completion as well your company's interaction with our insurance company. Though it is was an unpleasant experience that caused me to use your company, a hit and run, the experience with your company was "first rate."
Everyone was thorough and courteous.
I had several issues during the repairs. I received no communication from my service advisor for the first two weeks of repairs. The third week I heard from a new service advisor. I was told my car would be ready in 30
days, but it took over two months. I had to come to the collision center after 30 days to get a clear answer about the status of my car and when it would ready.
I also did not get texts updates until my car had been in the shop a month. I have been a customer at Lindsay for years and this is the worst service I have received.

Indicator light repaired as part of the damage was not working after delivery. I have a long drive to the shop and would expect something like this to be tested before releasing the car.

Everyone was nice and the work was good but I had to do a lot of unsuspected cleaning. The gas cap was also neglected to be reattached. All of these problems were taken care of though. I am happy with the results. Thanks for your help and if I ever need body work done again I will be back.

Hello, I came to pickup my Audi and while the repair job was good I could still see where the damage occurred. My Lindsay collision coordinator was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the work that had been done and listened to my questions, concerns and solution. I then went to my insurance company and a replacement part will be provided .

When I arrived to get my car it had a passenger side headlight bulb out. that was replaced easy enough. Then the check engine light was on for the coolant system. I had to bring back my car immediatly after picking it up and it is now there overnight till they check it. Also my personal info was wrong on the invoice.
I was told the repair would take 10 days then 20 days, when it was done on day 14 I was only given **** day notice to pickup and stop paying for the rental car.

The was a chip on the left front fender and body shop dust on seats, floor, and dash board. They also got dust on my clothes, I was very disappointed on the condition that they left my truck in.
Manny took care of my car. He even left a message on my voicemail that my car is ready for pick up.

Lindsay Ford did an awesome job on my Toyota Corolla. They were very good about keeping me informed about the status of my car. Lindsay Ford also let me know where I could obtain a rental car while my Corolla was in the shop. They directed me to Enterprise Rentals. I was provided with a Toyota Camry which I liked very much. I thought the repair and service from Lindsay Ford was great.
So far the repair seems flawless. Customer service and courtesy was great and the car looked new inside and out!

Absolutely no clean up done after replacement of broken window. Several large and small pieces of broken glass left in the back seat. The only reason no glass was found in the front seat was because I took the time to vacuum the front myself before bringing the car in. Absolutely no evidence of cleanup done whatsoever throughout the car.

Customer service was excellent and they kept you up to date with the status of your vehicle. There are some residual dirt/work marks on the car but they should come off with a wipe. The car looks like new (since it was new when it went there)

I expressed to my representative and to the manager George how disappointed I was in the process and completion of my repair job. The lack of care and respect from the manager explains why the process was so bad and why your shop receives such terrible service ratings online. You're not only losing a body shop client but a service client and the chance of any future purchase. This was a $10,000 job that should have gone to a business that appreciates their clients.
Please know that I am very much impressed by Mr. Abraham 's professionalism and customer handling.

3) Somebody opened brand new bottle of Whiskey and drank half of it, leaving bottle in the back seat with cap not closed and liquor dripping and ruining back seat (not mention bad smell in the car)

Was not completed when promised. Delays kept happening over several days
Took 8 days to get repairs done which should have only taken 2 days based on the labor hours listed on the adjusted claim. I ended up paying an extra 5 days insurance on the rental car. Understand your shop is a GEICO partner, but that doesn't mean you give them preference on who get worked on first I dropped the car off on Tue and received a text saying the car would be ready the following Mon at 4 pm. I text the shop at 2:30 and 3:00 pm Mon asking if my car was ready. I had to text twice before I received a text saying no and it might be ready on Tue. I text back and request manager or company owner called me. Neither called. I will never recommend anyone to take their car to your shop. I paid 5 extra day of rental car insurance that should have never happen. Check the adjuster claim and you will see the labor hours listed to complete the repair. I now out $150 I should have never had to pay. Walter L

Service and quality of work exceeded my expectations.
The work done was terrific as was the customer service people. However when I got home I noticed on the passenger side of the vehicle in 3 different locations damage to the car that wasn't there prior to the repair work.
great turn around, timely updates, professional staff. rental car was really dirty, was on empty, and had an under-inflated tire when delivered to me, which turned out to be a hassle. please get cars in a ready state before handing out.

I understand that repair is not a set time process. But an extra 2 weeks is not what i was happy with. They said change a wheel and do an alignment on monday morning. But i dont get the vehicle untill Thursday evening then to see my window tint scratched. Not very happy, and this was my second visit. I will never forget this.
The repair was fine, however, there is tape residue on the hood and dust inside the var. Lindsay will take care of this on Tuesday the 5th.

Headlights did not work. Driver's door was sticking and difficult to open, trim between fender and door was to be replaced but was torn and not corrected. New hood hsd lots of small divits in it. For over 8 grand - which ultimately I will have to pay with increased insurance premiums, it should have been completed right. I also blame GEICO since the adjuster signed off and the lights didn't work. It was siad as of 3rd June but kept getting bumped longer. No problem if it was correct when i got it back. I picked it up on June 15 not the 22nd. I brought it back in on the 21st and you still have it. Of course now I am not receiving any updates on the car. I sm in s rental again that Lindsay is paying for but of course i am paying 30 a day for te insurance on it. So with no updates, I have no idea howuch rhis is going to run. I am not going to pay several hundred again because I was given my car back and it wasn't correct.

The vehicle was repaired a week ahead of their estimated time schedule and they were completed the job to match all other parts of the vehicle.
I was disappointed with the lack of communication when my car was not finished by the estimated completion time. It was understandable that additional time was needed, but I shouldn't have had to call, be placed on hold, or have my call returned hours later to find out that information.
