I expressed to my representative and to the manager George how disappointed I was in the process and completion of my repair job. The lack of care and respect from the manager explains why the process was so bad and why your shop receives such terrible service ratings online. You're not only losing a body shop client but a service client and the chance of any future purchase. This was a $10,000 job that should have gone to a business that appreciates their clients.
Please know that I am very much impressed by Mr. Abraham 's professionalism and customer handling.

I didn't like the rental car, but the service on my car was AWESOME.
I really appreciated the work Sam, Jay, and the body men. The car looks great. Sam was always available to answer my questions and Jay helped my this process very easy. I will definitely be back with any car troubles I have and will recommend this bodyshop to friends and family.
1) Took 2 weeks for repair
2) Bumber color didn't match, and then argue that was as good as it gets
3) Somebody opened brand new bottle of Whiskey and drank half of it, leaving bottle in the back seat with cap not closed and liquor dripping and ruining back seat (not mention bad smell in the car)

Was not completed when promised. Delays kept happening over several days
Took 8 days to get repairs done which should have only taken 2 days based on the labor hours listed on the adjusted claim. I ended up paying an extra 5 days insurance on the rental car. Understand your shop is a GEICO partner, but that doesn't mean you give them preference on who get worked on first I dropped the car off on Tue and received a text saying the car would be ready the following Mon at 4 pm. I text the shop at 2:30 and 3:00 pm Mon asking if my car was ready. I had to text twice before I received a text saying no and it might be ready on Tue. I text back and request manager or company owner called me. Neither called. I will never recommend anyone to take their car to your shop. I paid 5 extra day of rental car insurance that should have never happen. Check the adjuster claim and you will see the labor hours listed to complete the repair. I now out $150 I should have never had to pay. Walter L

Service and quality of work exceeded my expectations.
The work done was terrific as was the customer service people. However when I got home I noticed on the passenger side of the vehicle in 3 different locations damage to the car that wasn't there prior to the repair work.
great turn around, timely updates, professional staff. rental car was really dirty, was on empty, and had an under-inflated tire when delivered to me, which turned out to be a hassle. please get cars in a ready state before handing out.

I understand that repair is not a set time process. But an extra 2 weeks is not what i was happy with. They said change a wheel and do an alignment on monday morning. But i dont get the vehicle untill Thursday evening then to see my window tint scratched. Not very happy, and this was my second visit. I will never forget this.
The repair was fine, however, there is tape residue on the hood and dust inside the var. Lindsay will take care of this on Tuesday the 5th.
Excellent job because there has been regular follow ups by email.I have been pleased with the professionalism showned by Abe before I met him and when I came to the bodyshop.

Headlights did not work. Driver's door was sticking and difficult to open, trim between fender and door was to be replaced but was torn and not corrected. New hood hsd lots of small divits in it. For over 8 grand - which ultimately I will have to pay with increased insurance premiums, it should have been completed right. I also blame GEICO since the adjuster signed off and the lights didn't work. It was siad as of 3rd June but kept getting bumped longer. No problem if it was correct when i got it back. I picked it up on June 15 not the 22nd. I brought it back in on the 21st and you still have it. Of course now I am not receiving any updates on the car. I sm in s rental again that Lindsay is paying for but of course i am paying 30 a day for te insurance on it. So with no updates, I have no idea howuch rhis is going to run. I am not going to pay several hundred again because I was given my car back and it wasn't correct.

The vehicle was repaired a week ahead of their estimated time schedule and they were completed the job to match all other parts of the vehicle.
I was disappointed with the lack of communication when my car was not finished by the estimated completion time. It was understandable that additional time was needed, but I shouldn't have had to call, be placed on hold, or have my call returned hours later to find out that information.
Our experience at Lindsey Ford was positive. Jorge Moreno was pleasant, helpful and efficient throughout the process . He handled our claim with a high level of professionalism. We would certainly return for future needs.
From the time I walked in and dropped my car off to the time I picked it up I was kept in the loop. Not only did they fix what needed to be fixed but vacuumed and cleaned the inside. Outstanding job!

The facility was very clean and neat. The staff from the check-in staff to the assistant manager who helped me were very friendly. Repairs were done quickly and great quality.
Worse service ever since I have been bringing my car there. The staff needs to learn how to better communicate with customers. My car was there for more than 3 weeks and all the jobs were not complete and I had to call every time just to get an update on my car. It used to not be like this with some of the old staff I used to work with.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Although the work took longer than I hoped, everything appears to be done in a professional manner and that is pleasing to me.
Wrong deductible, but that might have been my insurance company's fault. Lindsey staff got it corrected from 500 to 250 (was a hit and run).

Everything was great, the service Samantha Dickens provided was excellent. The only concern i have is that i did have some rubber mats go missing after i picked up my car and they were not recovered. Samantha offered to bring the receipt back and that they would pay for it. The comfort level with that situation is what I'm not comfortable with, that's why i don't think i would i would recommend Lyndsay Collision to anyone I know. Everything else was great no other concerns.

Jorge (Jay) Moreno is an exceptionally courteous and professional associate. I was impressed with his knowledge about the steps that would be involved in repairing my car. He responded to my calls and emails quickly. I assured me my car would be perfect after it was repairwd. I was teally concerned that the paint would not match exactly and again he demonstrated his knowledge by explaining how it would be done and even told me how the process has improved over the years. Top rate young man. Also, the other people in his office must be given accolades as welln they passed on my messages very quickly...which gave Jay the opportunity to return my calls (always within 10 minutes --or less)

Loved the collision service at Lindsay Ford. & the fact that they cleaned my car inside & outside. It looks better than when I dropped it off. With was completed 3 days prior to estimated time. Seriously considering using them for regular service even though I have a Chevrolet!
The Lindsay folks were very pleasant, professional and accomodating. My experience with Enterprise was, however, less then satisfactory. It was because of problems with State Farm, not the Enterprise people, who were also exceptionally helpful.

Received a text message before 9:30 am on 9/9/15 that was 74% completed & on target to be completed 9/9/15 by 5:16 pm.
Tried at 4:30 pm to confirm if morning info was correct. Was advised it would be checked out & I would be called back in a few minutes. No call back that day.
Left a voicemail message 9/10 at 12:30 pm when no call back I left a second voicemail message at 2:30 on 9/10/15. I called main collision number at 3:30 pm on 9/10 & got a person that asked I hold on while status was checked out. I was advised car was still being worked on & should be completed late on 9/11/15. I asked about the text of 9/9/15? Was told that was sent in error! Why didn't I get a text telling me that. Got call 9/11/15 at 11:55 am car was now complete on way up from car wash. Was upset over communication process! Was very happy with repair work!!
I had some important notes in a bin in my car with a few gum wrappers on top. When I came to pick up my car the bin was empty along with my important notes. I was never told you where going to do anything to the inside of my car. All I was told was the pink and green markers on the outside of the car would wash off. The inside should NEVER have been touched!!!
I am very satisfied. the team (James, Michael, Samantha) were very accomodating. the repair was flawless. they even cleaned the interior, which is unexpected. overall, it was a very pleasant and worry free experience.
Car was scratched in several spots. Where was quality control in paint scratches prior to returning the vehicle
Actually this was worst experience ever. Everything was great until you called and told us our car was ready. At that point we returned the rental can and were dropped off at the dealer. We had 2 hrs until we had to pick up our son from school and we live 20 mins away. A reasonable person would think this is of plenty of time. That all changed when we received our paperwork and your staff launched an expedition to find out car. 35 mins went by and no car. At this point I was getting worried that we were going to be late getting our 6 yr old from school. After another 30 mins your staff told us, "bad news your car is not ready, it's still in pieces in the body shop". Your staff was confused, unapologetic, and unwilling to get us a loaner car. The manager of the body shop is terrible and actually called and yelled at Enterprise about not getting us fast enough. This was a terrible experience! Your shop was also going to look at the rear brakes and assess the life remaining on the shoes and drums. They did not. Additionally the paperwork was dated and showed the repairs completed on 8/31 when in fact they were not done until 9/3. This is plain and simply forgery and fraud.
Everything was done well and in a timely fashion.
I really appreciate how the team worked to keep me in the loop, and how efficient the whole process was. I was also glad to receive the car vacuumed and cleaned tooit was a nice touch to get the car back in such good shape!

Jay did a great job keeping me informed of the process and was very professional. That's on top of the team doing a great job repairing my car. My truck looks great, the wash and vacum was a good touch.
I wasn't too pleased with the enterprise rent a car program. They should try harder to match you level of service. The rental process is lengthy cans the cars are in really bad shape. The car they gave me hadn't been vacuumed and had left over food on the seats. Pretty gross. Please pass this on to them.
