My repair was difficult, unusual and required creative thinking to solve it. Doug Glotzbach was a champ, and would not give up on me. In the end, he and his team fixed the problem and put me back on the road - sooner, and with less cost than we at first thought it would be.
I have been a happy client of Lyndsay Ford for many years. Although this latest event is consistent with that experience, I do not take good service for granted these days. It is reassuring that I can expect it from Lyndsay Ford Service.

When I got my car back after repairs, I noticed the bumper did not align properly, the trunk lid was crooked, the right side rear light was not aligned, there was a visible gap when driver side rear door was closed. I called to have it looked at again and was told that they would order a Toyota OEM bumper to see if that would fix the issues. When the new bumper came in, I was told it still fits the same and that because my car had body work done prior that there was nothing else that could be done to fix the issues. I was told that I should take it back to the original body shop that did my initial repairs. I took it back to Toyota to have it looked and they gave me an estimate and told me what you guys should’ve done to fix the repairs. I was also told that when I took my car in for repairs at Lindsay Ford that my bumper they replaced was an after market bumper - which is not the case. I will never use Lindsay Ford in the future and do not care for a call back.
