Keith updated me twice weekly on status and I received a daily text message with estimated date of completion. Stephanie performed my initial intake and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. My experience at The Durable Auto in Waterbury, CT was a good one! A representative by the name of Rasario assisted me expeditiously as soon as I walked in (with no appt) Great knowledge and communication skills amongst staff was a plus for me as well, they kept me up to date on the work being done as well… Highly recommend for any auto body work repairs
