Frank deserves a raise . He is a first rate representative of your dealership in general and the auto body shop in particular. He has a difficult position as mediator between insurance companies' dictates and customer concerns.
His explanations are clear and informative. His easy going manner is a big plus.
Frank is a major factor in making this a positive experience.
The limited repaired area ( as dictated by the insurance company) was perfect. ("Like new"is an overused phrase )
Normally , I wouldn't consider a different make dealership for body repairs, but was impressed with the final result and overall experience.
