My van was there for almost 3 weeks for bumper damage, it was to be done in about 4 to 5 days. When I went to pick it up on the day and time I was told. They told me that my car was not ready...
I NEVER RECEIVED AN UPDTATE TO LET ME KNOW THIS WOULD OCCURE ON 2 SEPERATE OCCASIONS. I was told on Tuesday it should be ready. Nothing. I had to call for an update. And they said my car would not be ready AGAIN this was on week 2. And finally the car was ready on a Wednesday 3 days shy of 3 weeks. No one, not one person ever called me without me having called and left an email or a message first. I would never recommend this place. The lack of contact and communication was VERY disappointing.

I was very skeptical about the "2 day" repair time estimate and the quality of work with such a quick turn around but they DELIVERED. My Volkswagen looks better than before the accident and the paint finish is amazing. I would recommend this bodybshop to anyone who wants a professional and pleasant experience. Back on 2014 I was not happy with the service at all. Repair was delayed and the inside of my car was returned dirty. When I was told this time I was recommended to have my car repairs again there is was hesitant. But wow was I impressed this time. Repair was done quick and my car was even vacuumed. From the front desk person,the adjustor,the car rental rep and Frank I was very happy. Thank you for making an impressive turn around.

Car was delivered to me by a third party,insurance adjuster didn't come tell me what was done to my vehicle. The car was dirty, the pink marker used to high light the damage was still on my car, the mileage on my odometer was LESS than when I dropped the vehicle off (illegal) and when I inquired about having the vehicle cleaned I was told to come back a week later. Horrible experience
