From the receptionist at the front desk "Kim" to the owner of the business "Brian" everyone was very courteous with my vehicle repairs. We were constantly updated on the status of the repairs. This was the vehicle we had purchased for our grandson, who just obtained his drivers license. The collision was his fault, so we were on the hook for the repairs. The insurance company had written the vehicle off as totally damaged; however, Auto Tech Services had the car repaired and back on the streets in three weeks. This saved us a headache of searching to buy a new car. Knowing that there is a body shop willing to work with you on the repairs made this venture as pleasant as practical. I hope we never have another collision, but if we do, I plan on Auto Tech Services conducting the future repairs on our vehicles. They have a friend for life due to their comprehensive and professional service. James S
