I was most definitely 99% satisfied with my service! Getting an estimate was quick and easy, parts were ordered and ready very quickly, we were able to get an appointment for the work very quickly, customer service was very friendly. The ****% dissatisfaction was simply from being charged for **** hour of labor (which was quoted in the estimate) when the whole thing actually took approx. 20 minutes. That *may* be standard procedure, and I did not ask about it at the time, just noticed it after the fact, and decided I was happy to pay the "extra" anyway, since I'm able, and am glad to support a local business. But when asked if I was completely satisfied, decided I'd mention this. But yes! VERY VERY SATISFIED, and thank you for asking! We will definitely be returning if we need work done in the future!
