McCollum Auto Body - Vancouver

I've been trusting McCollum Autobody to do any needed repairs to my vehicles for many years. This time was no different than in the past. The service was excellent! The Repairs are excellent! I would not go anywhere else for auto painting and repair.

Non professional job of residing license plate light and it had wire connectors on it before the cut the lines . They just tape them back together. Tunnel top is not put back on right and having trouble closing & locking it. Still have to take it to someone to fix it. When the truck was in the shop someone spilled water down paint on the windshield had to scrape it off. Just no professional work in their jobs.

They were great! It was an easy process, they keep me up to date on my cars progress so I always knew what was happening without having to ask. When I picked it up it was beautifully cleaned and looked fantastic. They also gave me a coupon for future cleaning at no cost. Truly a terrific experience, I would highly recommend.

Caitlyn was my estimator and she was super awesome keeping me informed with the status of my vehicle!! Lily up at the front desk was awesome with helping me with my paperwork before and after the repair process!! McCollum Auto Body also did my repairs super fast which was AWESOME!

The office staff and estimator were very professional. I brought my truck in on Tuesday and they told me it should be ready by Monday. To my pleasant surprise they called Friday and said my truck was ready. Another shop I had gone to said they would need my truck for two weeks. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. I Would take my truck to Mccollum again if I needed it repaired and I would recommend McCollum to anyone.

I will not use nor recommend McCollums. When I called to talk about the damage done to my car I was told that it was almost completely repaired, which greatly surprised me as I had not had any communication from the shop at this point. I questioned repeatedly if we were talking about the same car and was told yes we were both speaking about my car and was told that the following Monday I could pick it up. I called on Monday and was then told that the estimate had just been sent to my insurance and we were waiting to see if the car was totaled or not. I was very surprised as my car was supposedly “fixed”. While questioning what was going on I was treated extremely poorly. Thankfully my insurance agent called and spoke to the office manager to clear up what was going on. My insurance agent was also treated badly while trying to figure out what was going on. I was very upset to go through a car accident, being told my car was fixed, to then being told it was actually totaled. And through all of this not one person apologized for the misinformation. Definitely not a satisfying experience. My suggestion is to make sure that you are giving the customer the correct information on their car and the damaged. Repairable and totaled are two completely different things. Thank you McCollums for making an awful experience even more frustrating and upsetting. I will not be recommending this shop.

excellent job on the repairs. Eli kept us informed on the progress of the repair work and checked with us several times.... she is a real pro. Everything was taken care of from dealing with the insurance company and the rental car. I would definitely use Mccollum Auto Body again and recommend it to others.

I had never heard of this place so I thought I’d give it a try! They were great! From dropping off our car to picking it up they always kept us informed of what was going on with our car!!! I hope I don’t have to go back cuz that would mean I got in a fender bender but if it ever happens again I would trust this place fixing my car,they do great work and are very nice!
