O boy i not even know how start i am glad I am not the one pay for the services,but I appreciate how great the customer service was,when a come with parts I was charged and never replaced and the or the quality of the work was a big downside unfortunately.i am waiting for the pictures to load the before and after I think I will prefer have the car with the damage vs what the fix cost.i believe the mechanic need to be more aware what is under or inside the car,like in my case I painted line and mark the parts with my initial to see what was replaced vs what was charge.but office person was really great.

1st time fixed my trunk was satisfied... this time went in for another issue. Basically the panel that was taken off by McCollum and put back on by McCollum is not fitting right! Could not fix and instead insinuated we must have done something or hit something. Either way I'm stuck with a poor fitting panel and possible out money to get a new one. Will not come back or recommend to anyone. Insurance company suggest poor workman ship. Agreed. Also forgot to reconnect my back up camera.

There was lack of communication when the job was done and when the rock protector would be put on.
When they put communication on the drivers side window it was not completely removed.
The radiator was replaced, but the engine was never cleaned.

My experience with the McCollum team was a very good one. From the office staff to the repair technicians, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism and the work done was top quality and timely. I was kept abreast of the work progress through timely phone texts/messages. They even washed my truck after they were finished. Awesome job, McCollum!
