I am so happy about the work done on my car by Abra. Not only does it look wonderful, but I am amazed by the efficiency, organization, communication and professionalism. The car was completed at a LOWER price than the estimate!!! Not only was the estimate three years old, but Abra could have easily charged the full estimate price. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they chose to be honest and pass the savings on to me. As a senior citizen, the lower cost has a large positive impact on my budget.

Efficient process. Friendly service. Lack of direct customer communication, this could be improved. Unfortunately, repair updates were almost 100 percent done via emails and texts. I had to reach out to the staff for clarifications. Also, the shop forgot to put the two bottom screws on my license plate holder. Now my car is very noisy from the license plate clanking on my liftgate door. Ugh. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Gap between forward quarter panel and driver side door twice the gap size of the passenger side. Driver side door handle not flush like door handles on the rest of the vehicle. Was told my vehicle had to have been in an accident before. That is not the case. Door handle claim was that it gets used more. Are you kidding me? Fix was efficient and quick but would prefer deliberate and correct.

Great job.. would recommend doing a quick clean up of the interior of the vehicles. Mine had a bunch of white residue on the leather and dashboard.
