I gave directions to my estimator to call me and they never did. I was told that it would take at maximum 3 days to fix the repairs. It then took 5. When I was told it would take longer, I decided that I wanted my car back but I was unable to do retrieve it. When I went to pick it up, it took 45 minutes even though there was not a single soul in line in front of me due to documentation issues on the side of Abra. Minimal apologies were made for any of this and no apologies were made at all for the repairs taking longer. I also had to incur the cost of a rental car because of the delay in repairs. I fully expected more apologies and possibly even a discount but nothing like this was even mentioned or hinted at.
