The service team, including Austin and Travis, made sure the work was done properly and thoroughly. The communication about the status of my work was excellent. As I said to them when I picked up my car, I hope I don't need a body shop in the near future, but if I or friends in Atlanta do, I will recommend Mall of Georgia Ford.

Austin and Travis provided updates on the status of repair on a regular basis for my Jeep They left off one piece of trim when the car was done but rushed the part in and I had it the next day. I would definitely recommend Mall of GA Ford Auto Body for their workmanship and professionalism.

We are so thankful for Travis and Austin and all the folks who helped fix or car! Austin kept me updated every two days and not just that but Travis even went out of his way to even check out other Pilots to make sure our car was put together correctly! I was referred here a few years ago for my Kia and like the first time, I was not disappointed again!!

Was completed in a timely manner. Austin keep me updated throughout the process. Which I really liked. And Adam did an agreat Jo’s on getting it back to where it was . Very satisfied with this experience.

It too I’ve one month to complete the repair. My car wasn’t ready the day I was told it would be. That was on April 26 and I waited about fourth minutes. When I came back on the 29th, it took about twenty minutes to get it cleaned up. Now the AC takes longer to blow cold air and there seems to be a short in the automatic headlights.
