Got my truck back and something is off with my leveling kit so my tires are rubbing and I’m forced to take it elsewhere to fix. The latch holding my sun visor was broken off so now I’m forced to get that replaced also.

My car's catalytic convertor was stolen and was replaced but I had to pay for a rental car for about a week longer. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the charge for those extra days but have not. I left a copy of my bill from Enterprise when I picked up my car as I was told to do.

Everything went as planned it was well planned well thought out and well executed the Workman and craftsmanship was very excellent it could happen anything better and I appreciate it for getting the whole car inspected by I guess Toyota was the maker of the car making sure everything was right everything is good to go but y'all did an excellent job and couldn't ask for anything better I was surely recommend you all to the next person that's in need

I would have appreciated "status updates" during the process, but only heard from Cockrell's after the job was done. The repairs took twice as long as quoted (6 weeks vs. 3 weeks). The technicians left dirty fingerprints all over my vehicle's headliner, which is almost impossible to clean. There were footprints on the black leather back seat where someone stood inside the vehicle. The entry date written in crayon is still visible on the rear window. The body work appears to be fine, but I am disappointed in the thoughtlessness with my car overall.

They do excellent work on repairs, work easy with my insurance company. They also clean out the inside of my car.
My only suggestion is to have a car for customers to use especially if the customers car will be in the shop for over two days.

The repairs were fine. My issue is that I was told it would take 2 days. It ended up taking 5 days. I made arrangements for travel to work based on a 2 day repair. Just be be up front and let customers know how long repairs will take. Quality of repairs is outstanding but just be upfront and honest on timelines to allow customers to plan accordingly.
