Issue with noise emanating from rear passenger wheel area. Tire was bent as a result of impact. Concerned that something might happen while driving vehicle. Will have examined by Toyota dealership per instructions from Trey who indicated he had received authority from State Farm to proceed. There was damage to a piece of trim at time of delivery. Was resolved after it was brought to your attention.
