My car looks like a completely new car. The repair on it was immaculate and you can't even tell it was ever wrecked. Everyone my husband and I ever dealt with was also nice and helpful. But communication lacked a little. I was originally told it would take 2 weeks for my car. My car was gone for a month. I understand the work that had to go into it to be done right but being without a car for a month isnt easy. Luckily, I had help and it didn't affect me too much. Also, when we were told the car would be ready we went to pick it up and the paperwork wasnt finished so we still had to wait another hour for that. But when I saw my car all was forgiven. The whole process was pretty smooth. I'd just give a little more communication and maybe a longer time frame so if it takes that long it's fine. Otherwise if you're done early even better. All in all I would recommend Can Autoplex.

Communication was fairly poor - most of the time I had to call to get updates and almost every time I did call I was told we had to order more parts or it hadn't got even touched for over a week after drop off (even after being called and asked to bring it in early). I get staffing and give a wide berth, but quality communication can compensate for staffing. I will say that everyone was friendly and professional when interacting.

The staff I dealt with were 100% fantastic. Regarding Van & Subaru, after 2.5 years as a Subaru owner I have given up that you will ever get your records corrected as to who your customer even is, and I hesitate to even respond given that you are determined to direct every bit of correspondence to my soon-to-be-exhusband even though I purchased the car. Regarding the repair, I didn't get the results I expected. I am left with a car door that apparently will never be the same. I was told the door would be replaced and it obviously was not, and only the cosmetic damage was repaired while leaving the other qualitative damage allowing the wind to come in as I drive down the road. Fun. I also have Misophonia so the wind noise coming in makes me hate driving my vehicle. This was only the second vehicle I have ever purchased new and now I dislike driving it. Had I been told that the plan was only to repair the cosmetic rather than being told the door would be replaced I would have had reason to explain the other residual issues with the door due to the accident. ***sigh*** I already waited 3.5 months to get the repair completed.
