Hector was amazing. He gave me a call every Tuesday and Thursday to give me an update on the status. Even if it was a 10 second call just saying they were waiting on parts, it was always appreciated. The vehicle looks great, maybe even better than new. Phenomenal service all around.

I had to put my car in the shop for a recall and they fixed what was going on with it, but Alex went above and beyond by washing and detailing my car, which was totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. I think I’ll be taking my business to them more often.

I had a fantastic experience at Town East Ford Collision Repair Center! My car looks amazing after the repairs—you can't even tell anything happened to it. The entire staff was friendly, and I really appreciated that they kept me informed about the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. I want to give a special shout-out to Hector. He provided excellent service and was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer all my questions and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

HECTOR: SHOWED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS HE GREETED ME. PRESENTED A SENSE OF CONFIDENCE, ABOUT HIS WORKMANSHIP. MY CAR Q50 INFINITI, LOOKED BRAND NEW AFTER HE FINISHED THE FRONT BUMPER AND GRILL AREA. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OUT COME. HE WASHED MY CAR AND TREATED IT; THE WAY HE WOULD HAVE WANTED TO BE SERVICED. THEN EXPLAIN THE SATIFACTION WARRANTY AGREEMENT, PLUS, DID A FULL WALK AROUND THE CAR. I WAS AMAZED, A VERY SATISFIED” CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT. THANK YOU AGAIN, HECTOR!
