At the end of our experience, we were very pleased with the work done on our car. However, our initial experience wasn’t ideal. We went to pick up our car and it did not look good. We were so disappointed. We learned as we asked questions that after market parts were used to repair the car. When we asked why Toyota parts weren’t used, we were told that insurance companies don’t typically approve the name brand parts. We kept the car at the shop and explained that we expected more from the shop. We also called our insurance and found out that the Toyota parts were never requested by the shop. We were told that we had the right to leave our car at the shop until the car looked like new. With that information in hand, we felt more comfortable with what our car should look like and the quality of service that we should get. In the end, the car looked great and our representative was super friendly and accommodating. Hopefully we don’t need to visit a collision shop anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll go back to Town East Ford Collision Center. They do excellent work!

My driver side of 2015 mustang gt 5.0 was damaged in a wreck. 2015 mustang was drop off on 10/30/23. I was told that my car would be ready by 12/6/23. Unfortunately I receive my car on ****/10/2024.I was promised to get a rental car, doing the process of repairing the car. I never received a rental car. I brought my car back to the repair shops, because I have multiple imperfections on passenger side of my car. I didn’t have any issues with my passenger until I bought my car in the shop. I have multiple rock chips on my front windshield, hood, passenger side front fender, passenger roof top, and near the passenger rear tire. Also, now have a little gap between the frame and door on the passenger side. Overall I am not pleased with the quality of work.

There was a loose wire they made me aware of. They said they didn’t know what it’s supposed to be connected to. There’s an intermittent squeak/squeal that wasn’t there before the repair. The interactions with everyone was top tier. The calls, in person, rental vehicle, just everything was so easy and informative. I like the frequency of updates. It wasn’t overwhelming.
